BROKEN KEY EXTRACTION IN NORWICH & NORFOLK

REMOVE THE BROKEN KEY WITHOUT CAUSING FURTHER DAMAGE.

Keys can snap because they are worn, damaged or being forced against a stiff lock. Attempting to remove the broken section with unsuitable tools can push it further inside or damage the lock mechanism.

We use appropriate techniques to extract the broken piece as carefully as possible. Once removed, the lock will be checked to identify why the key failed and whether any repair or adjustment is required.

If the lock remains in good condition, a replacement key may be all that is needed. Where the lock itself is faulty, we will explain the available repair or replacement options.

More than a locksmith

Specialist knowledge that goes beyond the lock.

Before creating BC Locksmith & Repair Services, James and Craig spent decades working in the UPVC and aluminium door and window trade.

That means we understand the complete system – not only the cylinder. We can identify alignment, hinge, handle, mechanism, gasket and glass problems, then recommend the most practical repair.
